Privacy Policy

1. Who this covers

MyAnodex is operated by RavenDOS Business Ventures LLP (“MyAnodex”, “we”, “us”). This policy explains how we handle data for the doctors and clinic staff who use MyAnodex, and for the patients whose records those clinicians keep in it.

2. Information we collect

Account information — the name, email, phone number and clinic details you give us when you sign up and use the service.

Patient records — demographics, clinical notes, prescriptions, investigations, vitals and bills that clinicians enter. This data belongs to the clinic; we process it on the clinic’s behalf.

Consultation audio — when you use voice consultations, audio is transcribed to text so it can be structured into the record.

Usage data — device, log and analytics information we use to run, secure and improve the service.

3. How we use information

We use information to provide and operate the service — to transcribe and structure records, generate prescriptions and bills, send reminders you configure, support you, keep the platform secure, and improve how MyAnodex works. We do not sell your data.

4. AI processing

Transcription, extraction and question-answering run on enterprise AI services in an India-friendly region, with retrieval grounded in your own records. We use these services under agreements that restrict use of your data to providing the service.

5. Storage & security

Sensitive data is encrypted at rest and stored in an India-region environment, protected by access controls and short-lived authentication tokens. See our Security page for details.

6. Sharing

We share data with service providers who help us run MyAnodex — such as hosting, payments and messaging — under contracts that limit how they may use it, and when required by law. We do not sell personal or patient data.

7. Data retention

We keep data while your account is active and for as long as needed to provide the service or meet legal and medical record-keeping obligations. You can request deletion of your account data, subject to those obligations.

8. Patient data and the clinician’s role

For patient records, the clinic or clinician is the controller of that data and MyAnodex acts as a processor. Patients who want to access, correct or remove their records should contact their clinic in the first instance.

9. Your rights

You can access, correct, export or delete the account information we hold about you. Contact us and we’ll help.

10. Cookies

We use a small number of cookies needed to sign you in and to understand how the service is used. We don’t use them to track you across other sites.

11. Changes

We may update this policy as the service evolves. We’ll post the updated version here with a new date.
