Terms of Service

By creating an account or using MyAnodex you agree to these Terms of Service. MyAnodex is operated by RavenDOS Business Ventures LLP (“MyAnodex”, “we”, “us”). If you don’t agree, please don’t use the service.

MyAnodex is an electronic medical record and clinic-management platform, including AI-assisted documentation such as voice transcription and structured record generation.

MyAnodex is intended for licensed medical practitioners and their clinic staff. You’re responsible for the accuracy of your account details, for keeping your credentials secure, and for activity under your account.

MyAnodex is a tool to assist documentation and clinic workflow. It does not provide medical advice and is not a substitute for professional judgment. AI-generated content — transcriptions, drafts and drug-interaction flags — is a starting point that you must review. Clinical decisions and the accuracy of the record remain your responsibility.

You’re responsible for obtaining any consent required to record and process patient information, and for using patient data lawfully. Our handling of data is described in the Privacy Policy.

Don’t use MyAnodex for anything unlawful, don’t attempt to breach or probe its security, and don’t access or misuse data you’re not authorised to.

Paid plans are billed per doctor as described at sign-up. Fees are exclusive of taxes (such as GST) unless stated. Any refund terms are those presented at the time of purchase.

Some features rely on third parties — for payments, messaging, calendar sync and AI processing. Your use of those features may also be subject to the third party’s terms.

MyAnodex and its software are owned by RavenDOS Business Ventures LLP. The patient and clinic data you enter remains yours.

We work to keep MyAnodex reliable and available, but the service is provided “as is” and we don’t guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, RavenDOS Business Ventures LLP is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

You may stop using MyAnodex at any time and export your data as described in the app. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.

We may update these terms as the service evolves. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
